Where We Deliver

We deliver to Australian addresses only, excluding WA, NT & SA due to their quarantine laws.
Orders are sent through Australia Post.
We will always choose the most efficient delivery method based on your location to ensure your plants arrive as quickly and safely as possible.




Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped as quickly and safely as possible, usually within 2–5 business days.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or extreme weather to protect the health of your plants.




Shipping Days

We ship live plants early in the week to reduce the chance of your plants being held in transit over the weekend.
This helps ensure they arrive fresh and in good condition.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the courier. These generally range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
