Illawarra Plumb

Illawarra Plum (Podocarpus elatus) is a stunning native rainforest tree prized for its rich, plum-like fruit and glossy dark green foliage. Found along the east coast of Australia, this hardy and long-lived tree produces deep purple, fleshy fruit with a unique, sweet yet earthy flavour often described as a mix between a plum and a grape.
